Rare Waechtersbach piece! I have not been able to find a teapot in this pattern anywhere online.
Excellent condition! There is some crazing on the inside. While it may look like a chip on the spout, it's just a tiny dent in the pottery. The area is smooth and glazed over. There is a very small chip, but it's in the inside of the lid, therefore unseen if on display. (See last photos.
